In order to get a flat stomach and lose belly fat effectively there are 3 important factors that come into play. Diet, strength training and cardio training. Most people think that you get a flat stomach by performing endless amounts of cardio and eat less. After all, shouldn’t you lose fat and get a flat stomach if you ate less and “burned fat” through cardio?

Of course! That’s what you may think, but it’s not the reality of the situation. What usually happens is that you become a smaller version of you. This happens because this approach has no real effect on your most important thing, which is bodycomposition. Your body fat levels rarely change with this approach.

You will instead of losing FAT, lose muscle, water and a little bit of fat. That’s not good. In order to get a flat stomach you need to eat less than you consume in order to create a caloric deficit, while trying to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. This is best done when combining diet with strength training.

A good solid diet is the most important factor. It’s the easiest to manipulate and most people can do it. Exercise however can be tougher, since many people today do not move their bodies, and never have. Getting them to start an exercise program can be difficult, but it’s the only way out! On this website you’ll find various fat loss programs that I recommend you use. There are quite a few  and many with various purposes.

If you want a flat stomach, skip the ab exercises and start doing heavy compound lifts such as squats and deadlifts in order to elevate your fat burning metabolism and burn fat. This is the most effective way to burn off body fat. I’ll be adding program reviews and specific details later.

Take care and good luck with getting a flat stomach!
